Rocket Software (a Bain Capital company) is acquiring Israeli startup Geniez AI, whose AI agents run on mainframes to monitor live systems, diagnose incidents and act on plain-English instructions. Founders Gil Peleg and Dan Shprung (Mamram) previously sold Model9 to BMC in 2023. $6M seed in September 2025, co-led by StageOne Ventures and Canapi Ventures. Price undisclosed; Calcalist estimates up to $100M.
